Funeral Services for Evangeline “Angie” Weber, 94, Omaha, will be 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at the First Presbyterian Church in Norfolk. Reverend Brian Johnson will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to service at the church. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery in Madison. Home for Funerals is in charge of arrangements.
She passed away Sunday, February 11, 2018 at Brighton Gardens in Omaha.
Angie was born September 1, 1923 to her parents Frank and Emma (Cerny) Beran in Howells. She grew up near Howells and married Arthur Weber of Leigh on February 29, 1946 at the Bethlehem Chapel in Dodge County. They farmed outside of Madison in Stanton County for 35 years before retiring to Norfolk in 1982. Art passed in 1996, and Angie remained in Norfolk until 2016. She had been an active member of the Ladies Aid and Dimmick Club in Madison, and attended the Presbyterian Church in Madison and Norfolk.
Angie is survived by her daughter JoAnn Betts and her husband, Jim and son Jimmy, of Omaha and son Ron Weber and his wife, Daline of Cabo San Lucas.
She was preceded in death by husband Arthur, son Wayne, and brothers Lambert and Frank.
