Funeral Services for Jason W. Vaughn, 46, Madison, will be 10:30 a.m., Saturday, May 5, 2018 at the First Baptist Church in Norfolk. Reverend Caleb Lind will officiate. Burial will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday one hour prior to service at the church. Home for Funerals is in charge of arrangements.
He passed away Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at the Countryside Home in Madison.
Jason Wayne was born May 28, 1971 to his parents Jerry and Sandra (Harmon) Vaughn in Norfolk, Nebraska. He earned the rank of Eagle Scout and graduated from Norfolk Senior High School in 1989. Jason suffered from a lengthy illness.
He is survived by his father Jerry, brother Jim, nephew Robert, grandmother Ruby Harmon and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Jason was preceded in death by his mother Sandra, grandparents John and Rachel Vaughn, and grandfather James Milton Harmon.
