My prayers and sympathies to all of Tracy’s family. She was a kind, sincere, and beautiful person. I remember When I came home to Norfolk one time my dad and mom took me to Ricardo’s. Dad said they had a cute little waitress that always used to wait on them and when she came to wait on us it was Tracy. I said oh my gosh I know her I graduated with her so we had a little chat. Maybe Dad will see her again up there. Peace be with you Tracy.

Dear Carolyn, Dwayne and Family,

We Mail you a card today.
We were so sorry to hear of Dear Tracy passing away. She was such a special person. I remember her when she was very young.
I am so glad that I had the honor to talk to her by phone at work last year. I told her that our church was praying for her. That seemed to impress her.
Please know that I know what it's like to lose an adult child. It will be 5 years since our son, Steven passed in December.
May God hold you all in his loving arms and give you courage and comfort.
With much love, Sandy and Ray Larry Eckhardt

I wish to leave my condolences to the family and friends of Tracy. She was a wonderful neighbor. It was so nice to have someone stop and greet you with a smile and a short conversation about pretty much whatever whenever she would walk the dogs. I will miss that. It's not common for people to be so nice on a regular basis. She will be missed.
