Bobby L. "Bob" Foster

Private Graveside Service for Bobby L. “Bob” Foster, age 90, of Madison, will be Saturday, October 10, 2020 at Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery.  Public Visitation will be Friday 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., at Home for Funerals Chapel, 708 Georgia Avenue.  Home for Funerals is in charge of arrangements.

He passed away Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at Faith Regional Health Services in Norfolk.

Bobby was born August 20, 1930 in Norfolk, Nebraska.  He grew up on the family apple orchard near Enola.

He served in the U.S. Army as a corporal from July of 1952 until July of 1954.

On April 9, 1955, Bobby married Dora Garbers in Lennox, SD.  The couple was blessed with two children, Roger and Barbara.

Bobby enjoyed model airplanes and woodworking.

He is survived by son Roger (Kimberly) Foster of Madison, daughter Barbara (Roger) Hass of Wisner, grandchildren Heath (Brittany) Foster, Luke (Jennifer) Foster, Christine (Anthony) Kester, and Brian (Lynsey) Hass, great granddaughters Cadence and Lauren, and great grandson Otto. 

He was preceded in by his parents and wife Dora.
