Lawrence Wright

Lawrence E. Wright, age 71 of Stanton, Nebraska died Monday September 3, 2012 at his home in Stanton, Nebraska. He was born April 22, 1941 the son of William and Alice (Craig) Wright. He attended Poly Tech High School in Long Beach, California. Lawrence worked for Dragon Valves at Norwalk, California in the production of aerospace parts for Apollo space flights.

Lawrence married Judy Marie Schwartz on April 20, 1959 at Long Beach, CA. Three children were born to this union, they were later divorced. In 1973 Lawrence began work at Harbison-Walker Refractors in Calhoun, Georgia for over 30 years. He married Lila "Jo" Beckwith on May 20, 1975 at Ringgold, Georgia. The couple retired and moved to Stanton, Nebraska in 2003. Lawrence's hobbies include hunting and fishing and spending time with his grandchildren.

Survivors include his 2 Sons Michael, I & Kris Wright of Stanton; Larry Wright of Leavenworth, KS; 7 Grandchildren Amanda Wright of Calhoun, GA; Rebecca Wright of Calhoun, GA; Niclole Wright and fianc Preston Perrett of Sioux Falls, SD; Michael Wright, II of Stanton; Sandra Wright of Kearney; Jonathon Wright of Fremont; Roxann Wright of Kearney; 3 Great Grandchildren Colt Perrett of Sioux Falls, SD; Elijah Wright of Calhoun, GA; William Trey Bryant of Calhoun, GA; 1 Sister Wanda and Wes Patterson of Westminster, CA

Lawrence is preceded in death by his parents; 1 daughter Sherie Davis; 1 granddaughter Brittany Wright; 1 brother Fred.
