Phillip J. Hibdon, age 80, of Omaha, passed away Sunday, November 12, 2023 at the Norfolk Veterans Home. He was born January 30, 1943 in Eldon, Missouri to Ivy and Clara (Avery) Hibdon. Phillip is survived by his daughter Alicia (Jerome) Dixon of Omaha, and grandchildren Hannah, Hunter and Austin Aldridge.
