Richard A. “Dick” Pehrson, II, age 52, of Meadow Grove, Nebraska passed away Thursday, December 14, 2023, at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha.

Richard “Dick” Pehrson II, son of Richard and Barbara (Haase) Pehrson, was born March 20, 1971, in Norfolk, Nebraska. While in lower elementary school, Dick moved with his mother and stepfather to Cody, Wyoming, where he completed his education. The family later moved to Bull Head City, Arizona.

As an adult, Dick moved back to Norfolk, Nebraska where he worked for a time at Kentucky Fried Chicken and then at Faith Regional Health Services, where he remained for over twenty years. Dick enjoyed the outdoors, especially camping and fishing. He was known locally for his talent at cooking on charcoal grills.

Dick is survived by his father, Richard Pehrson I; aunt, Dee Ann Phillips; and uncle, Bruce Haase.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Daniels; and stepmother, Dianna Pehrson.
