Scott D. Wullschleger

Memorial Mass for Scott David Wullschleger, age 59, of Norfolk will be 10:30 a.m. November 18, 2023, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Norfolk. Reverend Gregory Carl will be celebrant, with inurnment in Prospect Hill Cemetery in Norfolk.

Visitation with family will be one hour prior to the service at the church.

Scott died unexpectedly from natural causes on October 23, 2023, in Norfolk.

Scott was born December 23, 1963, in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, the first child of Otto and Mary (Wolf) Wullschleger. The family moved to Norfolk in 1964. Scott attended Sacred Heart Elementary School and graduated from Norfolk Catholic High School in 1982. He attended Creighton University for three years and in 1987 he received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Briar Cliff University (Briar Cliff College), Sioux City, Iowa.

Scott lived in Norfolk for most of his life and most recently worked at Norfolk Country Inn and Suites.

Scott is survived by his siblings, Todd, Jonn, Ann, and Jeann; as well as three aunts; and several cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Memorials are suggested to Immaculata Monastery, 300 N 18th Street, Norfolk, Nebraska or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
