My sympathies go out to Dorothy's family for their loss. I first met Dorothy in 1981 when my dad (the late Robert F. Leder Jr., Milwaukee) took my sister, brother and I on a road trip out west, a few months after our mother had died. Otto and Dorothy let us stay on their farm for a night or two and it was so nice spending time and getting to know them. Dorothy always sent an occasional note/card to my dad and uncles to keep in touch. Recently, I had always looked forward to visiting with her at the "every two year" family reunions in East Central NE. I will miss seeing her at the next one. She was a truly gracious and intelligent person that I will fondly remember.
