Sorry to learn of LaVerne's passing. I still have a picture of her and me as very young kids, sitting on the porch. Her passing reminds us all that our time is short.

We are sorry we couldn't be there at this time, with the family. I have the fondest memories of LaVerne, we all do. She was the monarch of the family and no one will ever take her place. We all miss her and share in your grief. Love from Minnesota XO

So sorry for your loss of LaVerne. She was a very special lady--my children loved going there when I worked. Her Macaroni & Cheese was their favorite! So glad that I got to attend her 90th Birthday Party as I hadn't seen her in quite awhile. Again, my sympaty--

So sorry to hear of LaVerne's passing--my children, Randy and Dawn Phillips, loved going to her when I worked. Her Macaroni and cheese were their favorites! So glad that I got to see her at her birthday party--was always going to stop and visit her, but with the Covid was not able to. My sympathy to all of you--

My family and I are so sad to hear of your Mother's passing. She was a big part in all of us growing up in the neighborhood, a nice friend to Mom . . . it certainly was the best of times. Dan was just back from Germany but time got away and wasn't able to go see LaVerne. He is very sorry he missed seeing her and wants you all to know he is thinking of you.
Your Mom will always hold a special place in our hearts and memories.

Again, so sorry we cannot be with you at this time. We have so many happy fun times to remember with your mother. I have a few recipes she finally decided to share with me so perhaps I can keep sharing some of those loved foods with others, although they will not have her loving and special touch.
